haven't seen the billboard yet but I've got to agree with you... Just need to bring a brush and some white paint to extend his canines... :)
It's not just this billboard. He's always got the same look.
Theatrical costumery. Swept back hair. High cheekbones (surgically enhanced, allegedly) all give that vampirical air.
Definitely a vampire!
Does the vampire legend mean much to the Chinese?
